Satisfied is the way to start this review.

I had little difficulty navigating the website to find the replacement I needed. I was confident in what I ordered. The product arrived very quickly (I wasn't in a rush), which no doubt was aided by being in SoCal, same as the company.

I watched the video to get an idea of what I would/should be doing. Most important was the reminder about the weight of the hatchback door should it come crashing down. The suggestion to put some grease into the socket was good. Also, to take photos, which I didn't end up needing. I had to use two different sized flat screwdrivers to manipulate the clamps.

The task took me 20-30 minutes, most of which was confirming I was doing things right. Manipulating the clamps was a small challenge, so on a difficulty scale, all of this was just above easy.

I tested the lift and resistance of the door. Immediate improvement! Again, satisfied.

I was concerned about ordering these hatch lift supports because the manufacturer has a different support on the left from on the right. They have two different part numbers and two different prices. The supports from List Supports Depot were the same in interchangeable. I wasn't sure this would work. I used the text support tool to ask about that and was assured that these would work. I was also told that I would receive a return shipping label and could return them if they didn't work. This gave me the confidence to place the order.

A few days later, the order arrived. I also received an email with instructions about how to remove the old supports and install the new ones. It included photos and a link to a video demonstrating the process and safety precautions. Following the instructions was quick and easy.

I was amazed at the high quality of service before, during and after the purchase. And, the parts work great, as I was told they would. I couldn't be happier.

I decided to replace the hatch lift supports on my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq. They still worked, just feeling weak and I couldn’t justify dealer prices. On arrival I was concerned that the connections didn’t match up but a quick visit to the website answered my concern and thus I was able to pop them in with little effort and time. Great upgrade! My only issue would be the package didn’t contain much info. No FAQs or install instructions. As mentioned that info was easy to Google but it should have been more seamless, maybe printed instructions in package with QR code to YouTube install video. Just a thought.
