Strut replacement
I’d purchased a used vehicle with two different struts (one possibly the incorrect part) installed on the rear lift gate, and one had failed. Customer service was very helpful with finding the correct product, struts arrived within a day or two and easy to install with a friend to hold the gate. Working great now!!
