My comments are intended to cover the supports for the hood and liftgate. I purchased them for my grandson. I never took them out of the box. The order was promptly filled and I was kept well informed regarding delivery.

I replaced the 2 rear lift supports for the rear tailgate door on my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. The new supports were almost identical to the factory supports (only 1/4 inch longer -- well within the tolerance allowed). After creating a support pole to keep the tailgate in the wide open position they were extremely easy to install (took less than 10 minutes) only using a flat-blade screwdriver to open the metal clips.
