I was not replacing an old gas filled strut. I had fabricated a firewood storage box with a lid that lifts up and I wanted the struts to make it easier to lift the lid. I had no idea which struts to use so I asked Tech Help to guide me. The lady who helped me was most helpful and patient with my amature questions. I now have them installed and they work like a champ. Thanks to you all there at Tech help.
