Lifts and Customer Service
I called Lift Support looking for an odd sized lift for the hood of my motor home, a custom installation. I had installed 30 pound lifts which were too heavy duty. Finding something in a 28" x 20 lb lift was difficult, the young woman who helped me, treated me like I was the most important customer the ever had. She searched and found exactly what I was looking for, but was a 1/2" shorter, which was fine. She processed the order and I had it two days later....as fast or faster than Amazon.
