Solved the power trunk open issue with my Audi
I have an Audi D3 S8. The power trunk open was very slow and would get stuck sometimes fail to open. There are known issues with the original motor, but I already had the upgrade motor from Audi, so I took a chance with a set of Stabilus struts. They were easy to install (make sure to check L/R) and look close to the OE part. The power trunk open issue is now resolved. The new struts allow it to open easily.
